PC Client Installation Guide
- . Download and open the PC Client Launcher file via Genshin Impact's official website.
- Check "I have read and agree to the Software License Agreement" and select "Install Now".
(If you want to change the default installation directory of the launcher, click "Advanced" and select the desired directory, and then click "Install Now". Make sure that the target directory has enough space (about 260 MB or more) to install the PC launcher.) - Complete the PC Launcher installation and select "Run Now" to run the launcher.
- Click "Get Game" to download Genshin Impact's game files. (If you want to change the default installation directory of the game, click "Change file path" and select the desired directory, and then click "Install". Make sure that the target directory has enough space (about 26 GB or more) to install the game files.)
- Download the game. (You can click the pause button to exit the download while keeping your download progress. If the program freezes or crashes, please re-open the launcher and click "Resume Download" to resume downloading game files.)
- Click to start the game and step into Teyvat, a vast magical world brimming with adventure!

- Account data is shared across PC, iOS, and Android, so Travelers can log in from different platforms and continue their adventure. Due to PSN Account's restrictions, Travelers cannot use their PSN Accounts to log into the game on different platforms.
- Can Travelers across different platforms play together in Co-Op Mode?
- Once Travelers have reached the required Adventure Rank and completed related quests, they can play together with friends and participate together in co-op events. PS4 players can also join forces with friends from different platforms and embark on a variety of co-op adventures together.
