Geo is an Element in Genshin Impact. Elements are the special status effects that Playable Characters can inflict on Enemies, or vice versa. There are 7 Elements in the game, each of which correspond to an existing or future Main Region of Teyvat, as well as an Archon (God) who governs over their Main Region. The 7 Elements in the game include Anemo (Wind), Geo (Earth), Electro (Lightning), Dendro (Nature), Hydro (Water), Pyro (Fire) and Cryo (Frost).

Geo Elemental Reactions Genshin Impact
Elemental Reactions are a combat mechanic in Genshin Impact. Elemental Reactions can be triggered using the 7 Elements in Genshin Impact, Anemo (Wind), Geo (Earth), Electro (Lightning), Dendro (Nature), Hydro (Water), Pyro (Fire) and Cryo (Frost). When a Playable Character inflicts an Enemy with an Element, the Enemy gains a decaying aura of that Element, which if is combined with a new compatible Elemental Aura, will lead to an Elemental Reaction. This mechanic can also be used on players and objects.

Geo Elemental Resonance Genshin Impact
Having 2 Geo Playable Characters in your party will give the following buff to all party members:
- Enduring Rock: Increases shield strength by 15%. Additionally, characters protected by a shield will have the following special characteristics: DMG dealt increased by 15%, dealing DMG to enemies will decrease their Geo RES by 20% for 15s.
